Claire called earlier this evening to ask a few questions about baking bread from the recipe that I use. It has been so long and I had been thinking about doing it the last few weeks, I decided to bake bread right along with her. We were on the phone with each other measuring, mixing and pouring. I used wheat flour along with white flour, but Claire made her's with just white flour.

Mmmmmmm.... I think I need another piece!! Thanks for holding my hand while I attempted my first bread baking. It was hugely successful so I think I'll be doing this a lot more often. I think I need one more Pampered Chef bread loaf stone...
